The vgbe energy journal, the organ of vgbe energy e.V., is one of the leading international trade journals in the energy sector and provides comprehensive information on the generation and storage of electricity and heat, hydrogen and energy carriers based on it, as well as sector coupling with 11 bilingual issues per year.

Identification Systems

With the KKS and the RDS-PP®, vgbe offers two tried and tested power plant identification systems for the systematic and uniform labelling of plants that generate and store electricity and heat. With regard to digitalisation, vgbe´s identification systems, which have been successfully used worldwide for decades, are also the optimum interface between all parties involved in the process.

Technical Literature

The vgbe technical literature, in particular the vgbe Standards, reflect the current state of the art and provide valuable parameters for the environmentally friendly, sustainable and reliable use of energy generation plants and storage systems, from planning and commissioning, through operation and maintenance, to dismantling. The technical literature, which is generally available in the German and English language, is compiled by high-ranking vgbe expert committees and is used worldwide.

Amendment Sheets

The KKS and RDS-PP® power plant identification systems are kept up to date by the vgbe Technical Committee “Designation and Documentation”. To this end, amendment sheets are regularly prepared so that the identification systems and the associated standards can be used as intended.
