These guidelines are based on the compilation and evaluation of a variety of experience gained which however, will not fully reflect the present state-of-the-art in any case, but have been compiled to the best of our knowledge and belief. They are intended to comprise available information and findings made on account of this information fo facilitate the user's work. These guidelines make rationalisation possible and are intended to improve efficiency of cooperation between the interested parties.
